Our wines come from the winery at 12 degree centigrade and we ensure our wines are stored in our cellar www.cellar.com.sg at optimum temperature (12 degree centigrade). Our delivery trucks are also equipped with temperature controlled fridges to ensure that wines reaches you at 12 degree centigrade too.

 

As such, all wines delivered are considered in good condition and drinkable.

 

Upon receipt of goods, all wines should be checked.

 

Booze Wine Shop accepts no returns unless the wine ordered is different from the wine delivered or difference in capacity.

 

 

We charge a flat rate of SGD15.00 for purchases under SGD150.00 and free shipping for purchases over SGD150.00.

 

 

Orders are taken and processed from Mondays to Fridays. It takes about 2 working days to process an order and delivery will be made on the next best day.

 

All deliveries are made from Mondays to Fridays from 12pm to 6pm.
There are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

 

We currently do not ship out of Singapore.
